Fisiopharma was established in 1989 and ever since is being involved in the production of drug products for injectable use in the form of liquid, suspension, and powder. Fisiopharma, due to its constant expansion, is one of the leading companies dealing with production of the hi-tech pharmaceutical generics.
Fisiopharma has been given the authorisation to produce sterile drug products including a high activity products, and narcotic and psychotropic substances.
Production facilities of Fisiopharma S.r.l, a full cGMP implemented company, are the expression of high technology. The company is strongly committed to maintaining and developing close relations with customers, offering co-production and an efficient contract manufacture assistance throughout the European Community.
Production
The production facilities, meeting the latest GMP's design requirements, have the following one-shift capacities:
- 24 million units/year, of ampoules undergoing terminal sterilisation
- 24 million units/year, of ampoules produced in aseptic conditions;
- 6 million units/year, of vials containing liquid forms;
- 6 million units/year, of vials containing powder forms.
Distribution
Fisiopharma, throughout a huge courier distribution service net, delivers the proper products to more than 600 clients all over the national market to both private and public institutions (hospitals and nursing homes).
In addition, the products are distributed throughout the world, including the most important countries of European Community, Eastern Europe, and Middle and Far East.

Production facilities of Fisiopharma are located about 50 km South of Salerno that can easily be reached by the A3 highway "Salerno - Reggio Calabria", exit "Sicignano degli Alburni", following indication "Zona Industriale" municipality of Palomonte.
